Upon selecting a category, the app connects to a web API to generate personalized activity suggestions. Users can then save their chosen activities by pressing the "Do and Save to My List" button, facilitating easy access at a later time.

Once an activity is saved, users can engage with it and track their progress. Upon completion, they have the option to log their experience by entering details such as duration and personal reflections. Additionally, users can select an emotion that reflects their experience. This feature allows for a deeper connection to the activities undertaken.

Saved entries can serve as a reference for future reflection or can be deleted if no longer needed. The primary intent of this app is to provide entertainment and help alleviate boredom by suggesting various engaging activities.
